At Talbot Hotel Carlow, we have a diverse selection of dining options available for both residents and locals. We had the honour of recieving two awards at the 2023 Irish Hotel Awards: Best Family Hotel and Excellence in Service.
Our newly renovated main bar, An Bhearú Bar & Bistro, offers a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food served from 10:00am daily. We also cater to group bookings, with larger groups with over 25 people dining in our Liberty Tree Restaurant, offering stunning views of the Killeshin Hills. Start your day with a delicious buffet breakfast featuring locally sourced produce, served from 7am - 10am midweek and 7am -10:30am on weekends and bank holidays.
